Each of our product has its own expert in a specific product category. Our coconut sugar production team is led by people who were among the first to ever make coconut sugar in crystal form. Our vanilla coordinator has been dedicated to this "queen of spice" for almost 30 years. Selective varieties of coffee are under the scale of coffee plantations which have a broad knowledge of coffee cultivation and processing inherited from generation to generation.
