It is one of the best natural blue pigments for drinks and food. One of the most distinctive features of the butterfly pea flower is that it changes color when the pH balance changes. Origin of our Clit: Our Ternat cluster from a selected natural flower grown in Central Java on the organic farm of our friends: Imas and her husband Megan. It is grown in an organic garden in a tropical climate. Hand-picked and ground into a fine powder for your enjoyment! Processing: Processed as Matcha, ie. ground to a fine powder. No fermentation takes place during production, no dyes or any other additives are added. It is dried in two phases ... first in the sun and then in a RAW dryer at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. 3. Mix with a fruit drink to get a beautiful shade of blue. Then add lemon juice to change the color of your drinks from blue to purple
    4. This powder is particularly suitable for use in hot foods such as rice, pasta and home-baked bread, as it retains its color even when heated. You can also use it to create the famous "Blue Chai Tea" on the Internet and much more. Creativity is your only limit!
Color change due to acidic PH (citrionic juice, lime) This powder is PH-sensitive and reacts to acidic liquids such as lemon by changing its color from blue to purple / purple.
