Preparation procedure 200 ml:
37.5 grams (1/4 of the contents of this pack) are thoroughly mixed in 200 ml of hot water (not to be boiling). Stir until all ingredients are well combined and sleeping. You can mix using a blender for smoothies or a classic spoon in a mug.
